Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $40,000 per year
Commission Potential: Earn an additional $7,000 - $10,000 in commissions

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through various channels to generate leads and convert them into policyholders.
Assess customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively following up on leads and closing deals.
Stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and company offerings to provide expert advice to clients.

What We're Looking For

Insurance License: Must hold or be willing to obtain the required state-specific licenses.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales (insurance or related field preferred).
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with clients through clear and compelling conversations.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Thrive in an independent work environment and consistently meet targets.
Customer-Focused: Passionate about helping people find the best insurance coverage for their needs.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and customer interactions.
