Join Our Growing Dental Practice in East Lansing, MI

A Private Practice — Not a Corporate Machine

We're looking for a motivated, high-quality associate dentist to join our East Lansing office. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing, respectful, and close-knit team — not a corporate environment.

We are a privately owned dental office, where you’ll be treated like a professional, not a number. If you like freedom, growth, and doing excellent dentistry for patients who appreciate it — this is for you. If you prefer micromanagement, office politics, or corporate bureaucracy — this is not.

What’s In It for You

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday — real work/life balance

Compensation Package Includes:

• 30% of collections, with a sliding scale that increases as you help more patients (the more you help, the more you earn)
• Daily minimum: $600/day
• Earning potential: Up to $350,000/year for a strong full-time producer
• Pay: Twice a month, based on collections
• Signing bonus: $2,500 (some rules apply)
• Health insurance: 50% of the premium covered for your family (up to $2,500/year)
• Malpractice insurance: 50% reimbursed annually (up to $500/year)
• CE credit: $1,000 per year (non-rollover)
• PTO: 1 week after your first year ($100/day × 7 days)
• Equity opportunity: Ownership potential for the right long-term fit

About the Office
Our East Lansing practice is a busy, well-run, and respected dental office with:

• Organized systems
• A supportive, experienced team
• Loyal patients who value quality care

We accept major PPOs and fee-for-service — no Medicaid or HMOs — so you can focus on exceptional dentistry, not insurance hurdles.

What We’re Looking For
We want a dentist who:

• Produces $8,000–$10,000/day comfortably
• Can handle 2–3 columns of hygiene checks with confidence
• Performs all aspects of dentistry — restorative, endo, prosth, surgery, and cosmetics
• Is a problem solver, not a problem creator
• Treats patients like people, not production
• Respects team members and contributes positively
• Is coachable, humble, and eager to grow
• Brings strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Wants to build something meaningful, not just collect a paycheck
