Job Description

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs the usual office routines and practices associated with a busy office.
2. Maintains such student records as shall be required.
3. Receives and routes all incoming calls.
4. Maintains a daily teacher attendance log and the concomitant records for substitute

teachers.

1. Maintains support personnel leave forms and collects timesheets.
2. Maintains certification in first aid/CPR.
3. Administers and logs student medications.
4. Effectively operates computer software systems utilized in office setting.
5. Maintains a log of visitors to the school.
6. Performs other secretarial functions, such as typing and filing, as directed by the
