Folklore Coffee & Company in Elizabethtown, PA is looking for a Barista to join our team. Each of our employees are trained in each realm of Folklore to provide a better experience for our customers as well as a better work flow. We are located on 1 N Market St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Learn duties in all of the realms at Folklore. ie food, register, etc.
• Prepare food as well as hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Any other duties that the job may require
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines and Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Help train new employees
• Communicate between employees and owner
• Help to maintain the structure and policies

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Wants to bring excellence to the workplace
