Responsibilities:
- ABA Program Development: Design and implement personalized ABA programs for children, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Collaboration: Work with families and team members to provide outstanding care and support.
- Mentorship: Lead and support Behavior Technicians in delivering quality direct services.
- Data Tracking: Use cutting-edge tools to track and report client progress.
- Team Engagement: Collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team to drive our mission of excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- BCBA Certification: Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
- Experience: Proven ability to develop and implement effective client programs, ideally in the ABA field.
- Leadership Skills: A passion for training, guiding, and supporting entry-level staff.
- Compliance: Must meet requirements for a criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.
