Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 per year

Are you a bilingual safety professional with a strong OSHA background and a passion for fostering safe, compliant, and productive workplaces? Our client, a global leader in structural and sustainable infrastructure solutions with nearly 150 years of history, is seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor for their Miami, FL manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary on-site safety contact, collaborating with leadership to implement and uphold safety policies

• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, state, and corporate safety regulations

• Conduct thorough site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments; recommend and follow through on corrective actions

• Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and develop proactive prevention strategies

• Reinforce PPE usage and safe work practices in collaboration with supervisors and employees

• Design and deliver effective safety training programs, including new hire orientations and ongoing education

• Manage workers’ compensation claims and support return-to-work initiatives

• Maintain accurate safety documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance

• Coordinate environmental testing and assist with inspections in partnership with environmental staff

• Spearhead emergency preparedness planning and lead safety committee activities

Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (strong verbal and written communication skills)

• Proven experience in safety leadership within a heavy industry, manufacturing, or industrial setting

• Deep understanding of OSHA standards and workplace safety auditing

• Skilled in conducting safety training and leading incident investigations

• OSHA 30 Certification or equivalent is highly preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and educate across all organizational levels

• Proficient in safety management systems and documentation practices

• Flexibility with working hours to meet safety and operational demands
