This faculty position offers a fulfilling career outside of traditional bedside care, where youll mentor, guide, and educate aspiring nurses in both classroom and clinical settings. Teach and facilitate nursing courses and labs, ensuring alignment with program standards.
Collaborate with fellow faculty to design exams, evaluate performance, and maintain student records .
Plan, supervise, and evaluate student clinical experiences in assigned healthcare facilities.
Maintain compliance with clinical site requirements and safety regulations.
Utilize innovative teaching techniques, including online learning tools and active learning strategies.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on academic and clinical performance.
Support new faculty onboarding and participate in strategic planning for program improvement.
Attend faculty meetings and contribute to committee activities that support program goals.
Advise and mentor students through scheduled office hours and digital communication .
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted RN license issued by the State Board of Registered Nursing.
Minimum of 4 years of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse.
At least 1 year of recent clinical experience (within the past 5 years).
Clinical expertise in one or more of the following specialties:
Obstetrics (OB)
Pediatrics
Psychiatric Nursing
