Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Building Automation Project Coordinator located in the Portland, Maine Metropolitan Area, with some work from home accepted. The role involves coordinating the installation building automation systems and tracking project progress and budget. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, project meetings, working with procurement and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. The project coordinator will also be responsible for client communication, attending project meetings and coordinating with different trades and sub-contractors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination, project management, and cost control.
  • Experience with building automation systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Visio and TEAMs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as on-site
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
  • Experience with Honeywell WEBs or Siemens Building Automation Controls is a plus.
  • Experience in Tridium Niagara N4
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
