Cabinet Vision Drafter – Part-Time (Potential to Move to Full-Time)

Savage, MN – Onsite at Signature Woodworking Signature Woodworking is looking for a detail-oriented Cabinet Vision Drafter to join our shop team in Savage, MN. This role is perfect for someone with proven Cabinet Vision experience who wants to be part of a growing, quality-driven millwork company. The position will initially be part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate .

• Create accurate, detailed shop drawings, 3D models, and cut lists using Cabinet Vision software.
• Work closely with our designers, project managers, and shop crew to make sure drawings meet both design intent and manufacturing requirements.
• Translate architectural and design concepts into precise, production-ready documentation.
• Revise drawings as needed based on feedback, site conditions, or project updates.
• Maintain company drafting standards and contribute to continuous improvement in our production process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Cabinet Vision experience is required – applicants without it will not be considered.
• Knowledge of cabinet and millwork construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Position & Pay:

• Part-time to start (flexible schedule) – with the opportunity to move into full-time .
• Pay range: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications .
• Expected hours (full-time): 40 hours per week.

Additional Details:

• Location: Must be able to commute to Signature Woodworking in Savage, MN 55378.
• Relocation: Candidates must relocate before starting if not local.
• Work Location: In person only – this is a shop-based role with the possibility of some work from home.
