Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our client interactions, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
* Coordinate and manage onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
* Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to gather client feedback and assess satisfaction levels.
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on client feedback and service evaluations.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Minimum requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling client issues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* Experience with CRM software and other client management tools is a plus.
