Job Title: Clinical Nutritionist

Assignment Type: Contract (24 Weeks)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute break included)
Local Candidates: $40 – $42 per hour
Travel Candidates: $46 – $48 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nutritionist for a 24-week contract assignment supporting pediatric patient care in a dynamic clinical setting. This role involves collaborating closely with the healthcare team to deliver individualized nutrition therapy that supports optimal health outcomes for children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for pediatric patients
Develop and implement tailored nutrition care plans
Provide medical nutrition therapy and monitor patient progress
Educate patients and their families on dietary strategies and nutrition-related conditions
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (required)
Training:
Completion of an ACEND-accredited Supervised Practice Program (required)
Certifications/Licensure:
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (required)
Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist (CDN) issued by the State of New York (required)
Experience:
Pediatric nutrition experience strongly preferred
Compliance:
