We are currently partnering with a local home health agency to find the right candidate for the following position:

Join our growing home health agency as we develop the next generation of clinical leaders. We’re seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN), 1–2 years out of college, ready to grow into a Home Health Nursing Supervisor role. This position offers a structured mentorship and training pathway toward leadership within a PDGM-driven home health organization.
• Active RN license (Georgia, unrestricted)
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with strong experience
• 1–2 years acute care or skilled nursing experience
• Proficiency in EMR systems (Homecare Homebase, WellSky, or similar)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn home health leadership and PDGM fundamentals
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance (80% employer-paid)
• 401(k) with 4% match
• 15–20 days PTO + holidays
• CEU and RN license reimbursement
• Training completion bonus ($2,500 after 12 months)
• Retention bonus ($3,000 after 24 months)
