What You’ll Do
Set up and operate CNC milling machines
Read blueprints and follow tight aerospace tolerances
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
Adjust tooling, offsets, and troubleshoot as needed
Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
What You Need
Prior CNC milling experience required
Ability to read engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
Experience in aerospace machining highly preferred
