Construction Superintendent
Minneapolis, MN | Full-Time | $80k - 130k| Direct Hire

Construction Superintendent Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple active jobs
• Oversee jobsite safety, quality control, subcontractor performance, and cleanliness
• Organize and manage site documentation, meeting notes, and records
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors and field crews
• Conduct field measurements, document photos, reports, and quality observations
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance

Construction Superintendent Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical field experience in commercial construction
• Comfortable with multitasking, field decision-making, and detail tracking
• Skilled in plan reading and quality takeoffs
• Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Valid Driver’s License
