We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in Martinez .

What You’ll Do:

• Greet every customer with a warm smile and positive attitude.
• Educate guests about our wash packages, products, and membership options.
• Promote memberships and upgrades 
• Work collaboratively with your teammates to keep operations smooth and efficient.
• Ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.

Who You Are:

• Outgoing, approachable, and persuasive — you enjoy connecting with people.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required).

Pay & Perks:

• $11.00–$13.00/hour + commission.
• Commission-heavy role with strong earning potential.
• All employees eligible for club plan commissions.
