D365 Finance & Supply Chain Systems Analyst - Milwaukee, WI

A rapidly growing end-user based in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Systems Analyst to join their internal team as a functional subject-matter expert. With business expansion in full swing, they need a dedicated professional to ensure their ERP system scales efficiently and effectively.

This role partners closely with the accounting and finance departments, so a strong understanding of financial processes and the complete accounting lifecycle is essential. This is a no-travel role in a stable, growth-focused company-perfect for someone looking to focus deeply on a single system within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the functional lead for D365 FSCM, especially within Finance modules
*

Support and optimize implementations, upgrades, and financial configurations
*

Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to improve ERP-driven workflows
*

Configure and maintain modules such as GL, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, VAT, and Budgeting
*

Provide user support, training, and process documentation
*

Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal financial controls

Qualifications:
✔️ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
✔️ Proven experience in ERP implementation and optimization
✔️ 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
✔️ Manufacturing industry experience is required
✔️ Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets, VAT, workflows, and financial reporting
✔️ Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Partners is a plus
