Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry & Records Clerk to support our team by entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records. This is a fully remote position with simple, repetitive tasks that require basic computer skills. No advanced technical experience is required.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently while meeting basic deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems

  • Review information for accuracy and correct errors when needed

  • Update and maintain digital records and files

  • Organize documents and ensure proper record-keeping

  • Follow clear instructions and company guidelines

  • Meet daily or weekly data entry targets

  • Communicate progress or issues with the supervisor when necessary


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills (typing, email, internet use)

  • Ability to type accurately and pay attention to details

  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • No prior experience required (training provided)
