To support our growing operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Associate to join our administrative team.

Position Overview:

The Data Entry Associate will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our clinic’s data systems. This position involves entering, updating, and verifying a wide range of information — including patient records, appointment schedules, billing details, and treatment notes — with speed, precision, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into electronic health record (EHR) systems, spreadsheets, and databases
  

• Maintain up-to-date and error-free records of patient information, appointment logs, billing entries, and internal documentation
  

• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  

• Communicate with clinical and administrative staff to clarify or obtain missing information
  

• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and correct discrepancies
  

• Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and clinic privacy policies
  

• Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
  

• Prior experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support preferred
  

• Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with EHR systems is a plus
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  

• Experience in a healthcare or physical therapy setting is an asset but not required
