Salary: $183,301 - 224,034 per year Requirements:

• As we look to fill the position of Dental IT Business Partner, we seek candidates who have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher alongside at least seven years of program management and business collaboration experience in either a private, public, or military environment. Alternatively, we welcome those with a High School Diploma/GED who have accumulated fourteen years of relevant experience.
• In addition to the educational and experiential requirements, we ideally want individuals with:
• Experience in IT business collaboration, IT leadership, or similar roles, particularly within the healthcare, life sciences, or dental/medical device sectors.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and technologies, including CRM, ERP, eCommerce, MES, and related business applications.
• An understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks affecting IT in healthcare and dental environments.
• Experience in supervising teams of two or more contributors.
• Additional traits that can enhance your candidacy:
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to cultivate trusted partnerships.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills to effectively translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Demonstrated project management proficiency alongside the ability to juggle multiple initiatives concurrently.

Responsibilities:

• In the role of Dental IT Business Partner, you'll act as a strategic liaison between our Dental division and the IT department. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Serving as the primary IT contact for the Dental business while developing a thorough understanding of our strategies, priorities, and challenges.
• Collaborating with business leaders to shape and prioritize IT initiatives that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Translating business requirements into actionable IT roadmaps and overseeing the successful execution of projects, upgrades, and services.
• Ensuring IT investments align with the strategic aims and regulatory requirements of the Dental division.
• Managing relationships between IT and business stakeholders through clear communication and collaborative efforts.
• Offering strategic insight on IT matters including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and digital innovations.
• Monitoring project performance to ensure completion on time, within scope, and budget.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiencies, and introduce innovative approaches.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across IT, healthcare, and dental operations.
