Job Description

Responsibility:1. Project management Plan schedule, resources, and budget for projects based on signed proposals Drive and manage the whole process to ensure projects finished within plan Coordinate all the resources, including vendors, clients, partners, and internal team members, to ensure projects go smoothly Report the project status periodically and assist the optimization of project management system 2. Research and consulting on Product/Service Design & Innovation Do or guide team members to do desk research and market visit in related to market overview, design trends, design elements analysis of products, user experience, user interface, etc. Do or lead a team to do qualitative and ethnographic research, such as in-depth interview, FG discussion, workshop, brainstorming sessions, and ethnographic observation, etc., including research design, guideline preparation, moderation, analysis and reporting Do or lead a team to do the quantitative research in research design, questionnaire preparation, fieldwork overview, DP Spec preparation, interpret data and reporting Analyze and synthesis all the collected information to define insights to guide product innovation, or design / innovation strategy Build convincible story in report writing by logic thinking and supportive data / information 3. Client service Assisting BD team to define client business needs in client communications Develop reasonable research solution for proposal writing with BD team Represent CBi to interact with client during projects to maintain and develop closer business relationship Moderate the discussion with clients about project plan, deliverables for stages, any other meetings about the projects Present reports or design solutions to the clients Attend necessary events in related to project or business development 4. Product/Service Design Provide design related support to projects led by non-design background team member Lead and work with the team to figure out design or innovation concepts and show them through visualizing, sketching, or modeling Communicate with engineer or manufacturer to make sure the concepts can be realized 5. Others Coach team member to do the projects efficiently and effectively Provide training or sharing to other team members periodically Assist other company tasks as neededRequirements:1. Education: Bachelor degree or above in majors as below. Overseas experience is preferable Design related. Industrial design, UI design, Visual communication design, Human centered design, service design, etc. Research related. Psychology, sociology, business/marketing, management, etc. 2. Work experience 3 years above Has worked for well-known design, research or consulting firms Experience in FMCG, consumptive digital products, home appliance, automobile, IT, is preferable 3. Capabilities and skills Be familiar with research and analytic tools, such as persona, scenarios, mind mapping, experience journey, concept / product testing, etc. Good skills in communication, logic and systematic thinking, innovative thinking Good skills in design related fields, such as sketching, prototyping, etc. Be familiar with design trends, materials, engineering, manufacturing, etc. Be proficient in Office Suit (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) 4. Others Passionate in innovation, user research, strategy Be able to work under pressure Result-oriented, good professionalism Willing to and good at communicating with others Warm, open-minded, proactive
