About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, buy, and optimize cross-channel campaigns spanning TV, radio, print, traditional and digital out-of-home, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate thrives on both data and creativity, turning insights into impactful results.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and purchase cross-channel media for both traditional and digital channels
• Build, manage and optimize Google Ad campaigns (search, display and YouTube)
• Track performance using Google Analytics and Looker Studio; report insights and optimization recommendations.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and billing accuracy
• Collaborate with account and creative teams to test and refine messaging and creative.
• Support SEO, email, and landing page optimization efforts.
• Stay current on platform updates, privacy changes, and new tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on digital campaign experience (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager; certification a plus.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and email/CRM tools.
• Strong analytical and communication and project-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
