Job Description

Casey Auto Group is actively seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department at our Corporate Office in Newport News!

SUMMARY:

Performs the following duties related to internet and website marketing: Must be able to communicate with all levels of management and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Manages all content for 8 automotive websites including redesigns and alterations of current sites, shops providers for better rates, coordinates with IT on vehicle photos and data transfers, works with providers on search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and coordinates all events to the sites, reports monthly traffic statistics to corporate management.
  • Coordinates inventory in Vauto system.
  • Maintains all specials and incentives for sales and service on all store sites as well as social media content.
  • Creates and sends broadcast email campaigns for all locations on a weekly/monthly basis using a CRM database.
  • Creates and coordinates all internet-specific content with third-party providers.
  • Coordinates all third-party lead sources (paid or provided by the manufacturer) with the dealerships, works one on one with Internet salespeople on processes and needs in Contact Management, tracks and reports monthly lead activity and number of sold vehicles to managers.
  • Interpret and compile reports in Google Analytics.
  • Work in dealer site management tools for all website vendors (DealerOn, CDK, Dealer.com) Ensure all online advertising adheres to state laws and dealer board regulations.
  • Assist with reputation management on various review sites.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Degree certificate from college or technical school; or two years marketing-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2020 including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and other graphic design software and applications
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay Range: $45,000-$50,000 annually.
