Job Description

As Director of Marketing, you will work closely with the leadership team to promote all nine Skinny Pancake restaurants in three states (VT, MA, and NY). As Director of Marketing, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand, engaging with guests, and driving our mission forward.

Director of Marketing Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • Experience & Leadership: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Brand Development: Expertise in branding, content strategy, social media, and community engagement
  • Marketing Strategy: Strong ability to develop and execute campaigns that drive revenue and brand recognition
  • Digital Marketing: Expertise in SEO optimization, analytics, geo-fencing, and audience insights
  • Advertising & Media: Experience in ad buying, social media marketing, and managing digital platforms
  • Financial & Budget Management: Smart financial decision-making, including tracking marketing ROI
  • Graphic Design & Creative Direction: Hands-on experience or strong ability to manage creative teams
  • Copywriting & Communication: Skilled in crafting compelling content and proofreading for accuracy
  • Training & Team Development: Ability to mentor marketing team members and foster growth
  • Hospitality & Industry Expertise: A background in restaurant or hospitality marketing is a strong advantage
  • Vendor & Partnership Management: Ability to strengthen brand presence through industry relationships

Director of Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals
  • Manage brand identity, digital presence, and content creation
  • Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring high performance and creativity
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to optimize campaigns
  • Oversee social media, partnerships, and PR initiatives to enhance brand awareness
  • Work closely with restaurant operations to support promotions and events
  • Build and maintain community relations, fostering local partnerships
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
