Job Summary Job Description:Lead the charge in operational excellence! As Director of Operations at Stanford University, you will oversee critical venue operations, align departments, and execute key strategies to enhance guest experiences and team performance. You'll lead with vision, implement standards, and inspire innovation across all touchpoints. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field + 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience + Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite + Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations + Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Key Responsibilities: + Oversee all operational departments to ensure alignment with company standards + Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency and guest satisfaction + Manage financial performance and labor controls + Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are met + Lead, mentor, and develop departmental managers + Partner with stakeholders to meet venue goals and client expectations Curious about Life at Levy?
