Our client is seeking a Document Control Coordinator to join their team. As a Document Control Coordinator, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Document Control Coordinator **Location:** Rocklin, CA **Duration:** 10 Months contract (Site closing in Feb 2026) **What's the Job?** + Review quality system documents for Good Documentation Practices and collaborate with document owners to obtain necessary information. + Maintain document control records, including scanning and filing completed documents. + Review submitted document change requests to ensure compliance with established cGMP and related standards. + Assist in processing documentation changes in the document control system, ensuring timely and accurate electronic capture of quality documents. + Support Document Control department activities and perform additional administrative duties as needed. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma required; a 2-year degree is preferred, with a 4-year Bachelor degree being a plus. + One year of work experience in a business operation with diverse duties and increasing responsibility. + Proficiency in personal computer software, including Microsoft Office applications. + Ability to review technical documents for accuracy and identify errors for correction. + Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in document control and quality assurance processes. + Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. + Develop skills in electronic documentation systems. + Contribute to the success of quality assurance initiatives.
