Independently support and execute store visits, educational training sessions, and store-generated events. Consistently meet or exceed targeted sales goals for the brands represented. Demonstrate punctuality and accountability in adhering to your schedule. Maintain effective communication with field leaders and retail partners to build strong relationships within store locations. Develop comprehensive knowledge on brands heritage and become a product expert. Serve as an exemplary partner within the retailer, following all expectations and guidelines. Sephora or ULTA experience is a plus but not required; creativity and technical sales skills are valued. Skincare brand experience is preferred, though not necessary. Applicants must show exceptional, genuine, and personalised customer service. Must be available for retail hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail sales experience required. Proof of right to live and work in the country will be needed if interviewed.
