Role Mission Email Marketers manage and execute email marketing campaigns for our Rescue, driving engagement with supporters, adopters, and donors. You will be responsible for combining content from our Creative Pack (photo, video, copy), scheduling campaigns, and ensuring email lists are maintained and segmented appropriately. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of email marketing platforms, and the ability to analyze performance metrics. You will be working remotely in a team environment; five hours of per week with flexible scheduling.
What Winning Looks Like Key Results Area #1 - Creating Content - Combine photo, video, copy from Creative
- Attention to detail, links, eye for graphic design and UX
- Revises/improves current email templates and themes
Key Results Area #2 - Segmentation and Audiences - Work to create a wide range of segmented audiences built with CRM data points and behavioural feedback
- Keeps an eye on user analytics and adjusts
- Aware of email cadence and uses suppression lists
Key Results Area #3 - Scheduling and Automations - Schedules email, sensitive to deadlines
- Monitor and report on email campaign performance
- Keeps an eye on automation opportunities
- Aware of holistic email marketing plan from entire team
Needed Skills - Experience with email marketing platforms and CRMs (We use Neon One)
- Attention to detail, eye for graphic design
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines as well as within a remote team
- A Venn Diagram that overlaps with love of dogs and marketing
Unique Company Culture And Mission Our Mission At Path of Hope Rescue we save pregnant dogs and puppies from high kill shelters in the Southern United States.
Our Spokane, Washington based Rescue strives to decrease the euthanasia rate of high risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We do not have a kennel or building location and are 100% foster based. We currently have two paid employees and rely heavily on volunteers and fosters as we work to build out our paid staff roles.
Our Vision. Eliminating euthanasia of dogs in the South by decreasing the amount of dogs breeding unchecked and becoming the number one dog destination in Spokane by capitalizing on Spokanes love of Rescue Dogs.

No NGO status here, we dont take a single penny from the government. We are 100% funded by small donors and our adoption program, with a few small private grants here and there. We built this organization from the ground up in 2018 with $87.
