Salary: $61,750 - 111,625 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in endpoint device management and Tier 3 end user support. Alternatively, 10 or more years of experience in these areas may be considered in lieu of a degree. Additionally, candidates must be located in the DC Metro Area and be able to work on-site in DC. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge and experience with FISMA, SP800-53 Rev5, and M-22-09 Zero Trust principles, as well as the ability to apply these standards to endpoint device management and Tier 3 end user support.
• You should also demonstrate the ability to apply System Engineering principles and processes to endpoint device management and have experience in software analysis, design, development, and testing related to Windows and mobile operating systems. Strong communication skills to interface with both internal and external customers, particularly in providing Tier 3 end user support, are essential. Experience in integrating input from multiple sources into coherent solutions for endpoint device management is necessary, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I will entrust you with the following responsibilities:
• Engineer, deploy, and provide sustaining engineering support for our customer program.
• Provide support and consultation on the design, plan, execution, and deployment of M365 workload migrations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and principles.
• Work independently to achieve daily objectives that significantly impact operational results or project deliverables in endpoint device management and Tier 3 end user support.
• Take responsibility for entire projects or processes within the technical area of endpoint device management.
• Develop technical solutions for endpoint device management through collaboration with internal experts and deep analysis.
• Communicate effectively with internal and client project team members in the context of Tier 3 end user support.
• Influence team members regarding solution design, process, and approaches in endpoint device management.
• Provide technical and operational expertise for M365 and SharePoint Service adoptions within the organization, focusing on endpoint device management.
• Engage in strategic planning for ongoing engineering designs, development, and improvement of infrastructure, relating to contractual and business requirements.
