Job Description

Reboot Staff is currently seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our sales team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start a career in sales and are passionate about helping customers find the right solutions. No prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers through outreach and direct interaction
Present and explain product offerings to meet client needs
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and results
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and ability to manage time effectively
