Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a motivated and energetic Event Assistant to join our fast-growing event marketing team . Our company specializes in creating unforgettable brand experiences that connect clients with their audiences in meaningful and lasting ways.

As an Event Assistant , you’ll play a key role in planning and executing high-profile marketing events , gaining valuable hands-on experience in event management, client relations, and campaign coordination . This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, people-focused , and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to understand goals, timelines, and expectations.
  • Provide clients with updates to ensure their vision is delivered through seamless event execution .
  • Manage event logistics , including setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor coordination.
  • Organize materials, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth event operations .
  • Provide on-site event support , including registration management, guest engagement, and activity coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all events run efficiently and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Collect client and attendee feedback to improve future campaigns and strategies.
  • Compile post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for growth.

 

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required — full training provided for motivated and reliable candidates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems , and remain calm under pressure.
  • A positive attitude , collaborative spirit, and eagerness to learn are essential.
