Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Facility Lead for our client in Oceanside, CA. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment supporting operations in a large, multi-use facility.

• Location: Oceanside, CA
• Pay: $23.00/hour
• Shifts Available: Wednesday – Sunday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Off Monday & Tuesday)
• Requirements: Steel-toe boots required

What You’ll Do:

• Perform minor repairs on A/V, plumbing, and facility equipment
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, and event equipment
• Open and close facilities and assist with special events
• Conduct routine cleaning and restocking of restrooms and recreational areas
• Report facility issues and ensure safety and cleanliness standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of facilities maintenance or custodial experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient in English; strong organizational skills
