In this vital role, you’ll be the driving force behind our food safety and quality programs. You’ll lead inspections, monitor production processes, and work side-by-side with operations to uphold regulatory standards (FDA, USDA) and customer expectations. From implementing HACCP and GMP practices to mentoring team members and solving complex challenges, you’ll help safeguard the integrity of our products, served to millions of airline passengers around the world.

Supervisor Responsibility
Leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety within a food manufacturing, processing, or catering environment.
Experience working with regulatory agencies (FDA, USDA) and a strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and other food safety systems.
Familiarity with food microbiology, sanitation practices, and allergen control.
Experience with internal and external audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action planning (CAPA).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with quality data systems or ERP tools a plus.
