Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to assist a Private Equity client who recently acquired a 70-year family owned chemical distribution company. This role will be pivotal to transforming the Finance organization. The goal of the position is to better utilize the data available and modernize the Finance function to increase profitablility to the firm. For example, the first 90 days, one of the key projects will be establishing a budgeting process for the organization. As the role progresses, this will evolve to establishing KPI and Operational reporting, building out a monthly reporting pack, and utilizing PowerBI to improve how existing data is leveraged.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of overall experience within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles
4+ years of industry experience with chemical distrubtion or packaging and blending
4+ years of experience within Private Equity backed finance organizations, preferably mid-sized PE firms
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or similar. - PowerBI and data analytics skillset
CPA, CFA, or MBA
