Full-Time Nanny – $16.50–$17.00/HR (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for a calm, confident, and nurturing nanny to join a warm and welcoming family in San Antonio! Care will be for two sweet children — a 5-month-old and a busy, curious 2-year-old — in a Montessori-inspired home that values independence, respect, and developmentally appropriate engagement.
Mom and Dad are looking for a reliable partner who can keep the children engaged through purposeful play, maintain routines, and offer gentle structure to their day. This is a long-term position with consistent hours, a thoughtful parenting approach, and two grateful parents who truly value their nanny.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate Start
Compensation: $16.50–$17.00/HR
Responsibilities:
Provide full-day care for 5-month-old and 2-year-old
Maintain feeding, diapering, and nap routines
Engage in Montessori-style developmental play
Light child-related housekeeping (laundry, bottles, tidying play areas)
Support a calm, safe, and structured environment
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following:
High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required prior to hire
At least one year of professional childcare experience with Infants and Toddlers (nanny experience preferred)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (driving not required)
Ability to pass a background check (Provided and required)
Two childcare references (Ready upon request)
