Position Summary: The HR Recruiting Manager position will lead and optimize all aspects of talent acquisition to ensure our organization attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent. This role will focus on building robust recruiting strategies, developing a strong employer brand, and creating an efficient and engaging candidate experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruiting strategies.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with employment laws and hiring compliance regulations.
• Experience in employer branding and using social media platforms for recruiting.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving recruiting metrics.
