Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Huntington Beach, California. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless hiring processes for a high volume of positions. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can source, screen, and schedule candidates efficiently while working closely with management. Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles. - Schedule interviews between candidates and management teams, ensuring smooth coordination. - Optimize job postings and utilize various online platforms to attract top talent. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Perform local recruitment efforts to identify applicants within the region. - Screen resumes to identify potential candidates who meet job requirements. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within applicant tracking systems. - Provide timely updates to management on recruitment progress and challenges. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. - Proficiency in conducting phone screens and in-person interviews. - Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Proven ability to optimize job listings and sourcing strategies. - Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with management and candidates. - Familiarity with local recruitment efforts and labor market trends. - Ability to work independently and adapt to urgent hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
