Job Description

Essel is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service calls to troubleshoot and repair HVAC units.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints related to HVAC systems.
• Inform customers about system performance, recommends solutions, and provides quotes for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an HVAC training program or equivalent work experience.
• Valid HVAC certification or license.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
