Job title: Information Security Engineer/IAM Engineer

Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)

Duration: 24 Months Contract

Client: Wells Fargo

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience with integrating and deploying applications with Single Sign on products (SSO) such as Okta ,Ping or Azure AD
• Hands on experience troubleshooting SSO (single sign on) issues with end users
• Proficient in Agent Based, Web Based and Federated Authentication and Authorization standards
• Strong hands-on experience with industry standard SSO technologies and protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SAML 2.0)
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management
• Experience configuring alerts with tools such as Splunk
• Unix/Windows patching experience
• Experience handling major production incident bridges with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Technical Expertise:

• Solid understanding of different SSO patterns and protocols (e.g., SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO)
• Ability to explain authentication/authorization protocols in detail
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving SSO-related issues

Work Expectations:

• Participate in on-call shifts: 9 AM to 9 PM EST once a month

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory services, MFA, Risk based authentication and privileged access management
• Familiarity with deployments and integration of IAM solutions within the cloud (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge and understanding of complex enterprise systems and frameworks including frontends, middleware, services layer, database, backend and downstream interfaces
• Knowledge and understanding of technical writing: storage, middleware, or virtualization
