Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, maintaining, and growing customer base, providing constant and superior customer service, increasing sales and follow-up on accounts.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, products, and credit terms.
• Deal with customers professionally and politely.
• Assist the counter and provide backup support to the counter.
• Works closely with purchasing to expedite orders.
• Ability to multi-task, drive sales, and branch growth
• Be able to educate the customer about products and substitutes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrates outstanding attendance and punctuality.

• Possesses a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Driven sales professional committed to career growth.
• Recognized for consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Empathetic approach to understanding client requirements.
