Mid-Sized GP Firm with Cravath level compensation.
National "Tier 1" in Patent & IP Litigation.

REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong background in patent drafting, prosecution, and strategy. Pharmaceutical prosecution experience preferred.
- Experience with USPTO communications and familiarity with diligence matters, such as clearance studies and opinion work.
- Ability to support the technical aspects of litigation as needed.
- Must be licensed to practice before the USPTO or qualified to sit for the patent bar.
