The Big Task You will be responsible for inventory stocking, truck replenishment, receiving freight, purchasing, stocking levels and parts delivery
Key Sub Tasks - Manage inventory in CRM
- Purchasing for projects and inventory
- Warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Tool check-in/out
- Parts and supplies deliveries
- Manage relationships with all vendors for negotiation of price and to ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure PO’s match invoices
Desired Skills and Experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in supply chain, operations and inventory management a plus
- Self-starter/resourceful - able to independently work, learn and plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion
- Experience with inventory management software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with different company departments
- The ability to understand and drive key performance indicators
- Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving
- A self-motivated leader who is accountable for one’s work
- Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data
- High degree of action orientation and strong negotiation skills
