Title: Investment Banking Analyst

Location: Remote

Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced investment banking professionals to collaborate with a leading AI research lab on a long-term project focused on training and refining large language models (LLMs) for financial applications. The work involves creating and labeling high-quality investment banking datasets—including deal documentation, transaction summaries, and financial models—as well as designing prompts, answers, and evaluation sets that reflect real-world finance scenarios.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior experience at a top-tier investment bank (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan) or in a similarly competitive finance environment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret and synthesize complex financial documents and market data
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail

Role Details:

• The role is remote and asynchronous—work on your own schedule
• Flexible commitment of 20+ hours per week
• 4-week initial project—with potential for extension—starting immediately

Pay and Legal Status:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience (USD $90–$110/hr)
• Top performers on the project may receive an outcome-based weekly bonus (~$30/hr equivalent)
• You will work as an independent contractor
