Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Jr. CAD Drafter Technician to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans that support the development of our consumer electronics products. Your expertise in drafting will be essential in ensuring that our designs are accurately represented and can be effectively translated into functional prototypes.


Key Responsibilities :

• Create detailed technical drawings for consumer electronics products.
• Collaborate with engineers and product designers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Utilize CAD software to produce accurate and high-quality drafts.
• Review and revise existing drawings to reflect changes and updates in design.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and design modifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during the production process.

Skills Needed: 

• Associate degree or relevant certification in drafting or a related field.
• Proven experience as a draftsman, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
• Highly proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with consumer electronics and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
