Position Overview
We’re looking for motivated and coachable individuals to join us as Junior Sales Associates . This entry-level role is designed for those who want to build a career in sales while making a real difference. You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and support as you help clients find the protection that fits their needs. No prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic and a desire to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and apply proven sales systems and scripts
Conduct virtual or phone-based client consultations
Match clients with the right insurance product for their needs
Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
Track performance using CRM tools

Qualifications
Entry-level; no sales experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Comfortable using technology and remote tools
Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) a Life & Health Insurance License within 30 days
