Seeking a qualified Personal Injury Case Manager to join the dynamic team at Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys, a reputable law firm based in Nevada. We are in search of a driven individual with a minimum of 1 plus years of experience in managing Personal Injury cases in Litigation. • Manage and oversee litigation cases.
• Conduct case assessments and investigations.
• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys and assist in case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, assigned attorneys, and internal team members.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, etc.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and other relevant parties.
• Assist attorneys and paralegals in case strategy.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases.
• Handle health insurance liens, including disputes.
• Any other responsibilities the firm deems fit.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with 1+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or PI Case Manager, specifically in litigation.
• Knowledge of Nevada legal procedures and regulations.
• Knowledge of personal injury law and legal terminology.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with case management software, Filevine, is a plus.
