Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales • Conduct open houses to promote agency listings • Oversee the entire process from creating documents to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Create a personal marketing plan to attract prospective clients to promote new business • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and trends • Knowledge of the greater Houston area and local communities Qualifications: • Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License • Minimum 1 year of residential real estate sales experience preferred • Strong communication and follow-up skills - good listeners who build trust with clients • Willingness to host multiple open houses on weekends and work a flexible, full schedule • Reliable transportation and availability to serve clients throughout Greater Houston • Self-motivated, organized, and committed to following up and following through • Team players who are coachable, results-focused, and committed to growth • Maintain availability 7 days a week when needed to serve clients promptly and professionally • Strong ethical standards, honesty, and a commitment to doing what’s right for the client and the team • Not a part-time opportunity — this is for full-time, committed professionals only • Be prepared to upload your past sales history and share your Instagram and other professional social media links with your application About Company: INTEGRITY...
