Line Cook

Chicken & The Pig is a fast casual restaurant at Market Street in Lynnfield. We have had a food truck for the past 4 years and this is our first brick and mortar restaurant for Chicken & The Pig. I have owned and operated several successful catering and cafe businesses over the past 20+ years in the area so I am not a first-time restaurant owner.

Our menu consists of hand-breaded chicken cutlet sandwiches, specialty gourmet hot dogs, waffle fries, and a few salads. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients and consider ourselves to be high-end fast food.

We are looking for a self-motivated individuals with a culinary background and the ability to multi-task to join or staff and help grow and expand our business. You will be reporting to the Head Chef along with our store managers.

Must have experience in fast paced line cooking, and food production

Daily duties include:

Opening up the kitchen on your shift with line setup and production.

All aspects of food prep, lunch setup, production and expediting orders.

Helping to maintain a clean productive kitchen.

Line cooking, baking, cooking, frying, and grilling are all part of daily operations.

We are looking a part time employee with flexible shifts available.

The Hours of operation are 7 Days a week 11am to 8/9pm

Salary range depends on experience and responsible.

*** Tips are split between all staff (kitchen and FOH) per shift as an added bonus to our competitive hourly salary. On average our current line cooks are making an extra $50-120 per shift.***
