Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or chat support roles is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
