We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations by managing the receipt of materials, coordinating deliveries to field teams, overseeing stock inventory, and tracking tool assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Coordinate and manage the receipt and documentation of incoming materialsOrganize and schedule deliveries to field sites, ensuring timely and accurate dispatchMaintain and update inventory records for materials, tools, and equipmentTrack tool assets, including check-in/check-out procedures, maintenance, and loss preventionCommunicate effectively with field teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve logistical issuesGenerate and analyze reports on inventory levels, tool utilization, and material flowEnsure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all logistics activities
What You'll Bring Good communication skills and a strong commitment to safetyForklift certificationStrong computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including working at heights, lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs., and adverse weather conditionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects at once
