Schedule: 6a - 6p (Rotating Shifts)

Machine Adjuster Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a well known manufacturer who is seeking a Machine Adjuster to join their team. The Machine Adjuster will set up, adjust, and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and accurate operation. The ideal Machine Adjuster has a strong understanding of mechanical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently. The Machine Adjuster is a full time, temp to hire position near Marietta, GA.

Machine Adjuster Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up & Adjust Production Machinery According to Specifications & Production Schedules

  • Perform Routine Adjustments to Maintain Machine Accuracy & Efficiency

  • Install, Align, & Level Machinery Components

  • Perform Preventative Maintenance on Machinery

  • Troubleshoot & Diagnose Mechanical & Electrical Malfunctions

  • Repair or Replace Defective Parts & Components

  • Maintain Accurate Records of Maintenance & Repair Activities

  • Use Measuring Tools & Instruments to Verify Machine Accuracy

  • Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines

Machine Adjuster Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Required

  • 1+ Years of Machine Adjusting Experience Required

  • Demonstrates a High Level of Mechanical Inclination

  • Works Closely With Production Operators, Maintenance Technicians, & Supervisors

  • Maintain Accurate Records of Machine Adjustments, Maintenance, & Repairs

  • Demonstrates Excellent Time Management & Communication Skills

  • Must be 18+ Years Old

  • Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check

  • Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen

  • Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S.
