Machine Adjuster Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a well known manufacturer who is seeking a Machine Adjuster to join their team. The Machine Adjuster will set up, adjust, and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and accurate operation. The ideal Machine Adjuster has a strong understanding of mechanical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently. The Machine Adjuster is a full time, temp to hire position near Marietta, GA.
Machine Adjuster Job Responsibilities:
Set up & Adjust Production Machinery According to Specifications & Production Schedules
Perform Routine Adjustments to Maintain Machine Accuracy & Efficiency
Install, Align, & Level Machinery Components
Perform Preventative Maintenance on Machinery
Troubleshoot & Diagnose Mechanical & Electrical Malfunctions
Repair or Replace Defective Parts & Components
Maintain Accurate Records of Maintenance & Repair Activities
Use Measuring Tools & Instruments to Verify Machine Accuracy
Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines
Machine Adjuster Job Requirements:
High School Diploma Required
1+ Years of Machine Adjusting Experience Required
Demonstrates a High Level of Mechanical Inclination
Works Closely With Production Operators, Maintenance Technicians, & Supervisors
Maintain Accurate Records of Machine Adjustments, Maintenance, & Repairs
Demonstrates Excellent Time Management & Communication Skills
